Sweat It Out

with speed agility and quickness training

The benefits of developing improved speed, agility, and quickness are numerous and include improved reaction time, balance, and coordination. Additionally, having quick and proficient speed and agility helps build confidence that will lead to an athlete’s improved performance in their sport. Research shows that from ages 7 through 12, children are in their peak years for development of coordination and motor skills. As children are developing, it’s important to work on these skills to build a firm foundation of athletic abilities and motor skills that allow the child to develop sport‑specific skills in a correct and healthy way. Laying that foundation is the first step for a child to enjoy their physical activity and to progress in their sport
to their maximum potential.
